Onigirazu, Japanese rice sandwich, is easy, quick, delicious and fun to make!
You just need 1 cup of cooked short grain rice and azumagourmet Seaweed Salad to make 1 onigirazu.
Season rice with a pinch of salt. Place half the rice and form a square in the center of 8in x 7in nori sheet. Put azumagourmet Seaweed Salad evenly over the rice and top with the remaining rice.
Fold the corners of the nori sheet and wrap it tight. Cut it in the middle.
